 Any boat
that exceeds 9 ft beam must rent both sides of slip or, if you have
an end slip open to the water, you must pay for one side at the full
rate and 80% of the other slip or end space. (End spaces are
those that have open access without slips on both sides pay 180% of
the one slip space.
Those
wishing annual moorage after January 1 will be prorated or charged
the terms rates listed above.
If you
leave your slip before the end of the rental, you forfeit unused
days.
All
boats must have proof of insurance forms in our office
Electrical
usage with meters is $15 minimum fee plus actual costs.
Without electrical meter, usage to be estimated or $25 minimum per
month. We may adjust for rate changes or usage.
Dry
storage and sewer cleanout is included with your monthly
moorage. If you are not a moorage customer, your fees for
sewer cleanout is $5 for private (personal) use and $10 for
commercial.

Commercial
tour operators that provide daily jet boat tours on the river may
negotiate annual rates.
All
Spaces are on a first come first serve basis, no reservations.
Month prepaid. All moorage starts with first payment
Starting
January 1, 2006 you will receive 1% moorage discount for each year
of annual moorage. You may claim this discount if your moorage
moves between Hells Gate Marina or Hells Canyon Resort
All payments are due on the 1st of the month
with a 5 day grace period. Payments received late will
convert to the monthly rates with a 10% penalty. |
